Coppanearful

 

Coppanearful consists of three musicians all with long histories of playing in other bands - which indeed we still do - who decided to get together to play new (old) material. The result is an exciting mix of traditional tunes and songs from Ireland and America.

 

Based in the North West of England, we typically play festivals, folk clubs and other stages where the audience is there primarily to listen. We don't play noisy pubs or sing Dubliners' ballads - there's nothing wrong with those songs, but we leave them to others.
